A lovely, calming blend of organic lemon balm, chamomile, passionflower, valerian root, & hops. The lemon balm & chamomile are both grown in my garden and always dried at the peak of freshness to ensure superior quality. If you think you hate chamomile, like I did-I encourage you to try this blend, it’s not your grandmothers’ chamomile. The taste and scent are both delicate with a sweet hint of apple.
