Respiratory Support Tea-2 parts mullein, ½ part marshmallow root, 1-part echinacea, 1 part chamomile, 1 part mint, ¼ part ginger, Combine herbs & steep 1 tbsp. of mixture x 15 minutes. Honey to taste. Avoid during pregnancy & lactation. Avoid in children under 12. Do not use if liver disease present. *Always strain herb with fine filter before ingestingto remove hairs. Never smoke without a filter due to fine hairs being an irritant.
